Ewen Chia's Secret Affiliate Weapon 2

Striving for a better life for his family, Ewen Chia started internet business in early 1997. For over 5 years, Ewen worked late nights on his part-time internet business while still working a full time job.
After years of perseverance, learning and very little sleep, he started to make real money online and achieved his dreams.

Ewen released few weeks ago his Secret Affiliate Weapons 2 which is being promoted heavily by affiliates.

What do proponents say about the Secret Affiliate Weapons 2

"I purchased the first Secret Affiliate Weapon a couple years ago. It really helped me open my eyes to the world of affiliate marketing. I have a few ideas I'd like to discuss with you..."

Michelle, ewenchia.net

What do critics say about the Secret Affiliate Weapons 2

"What most of the “gurus” don’t tell you is that IM is the worst niche for a beginner to start in. The market is saturated and most of the products are crap. For the beginner, this may create the (incorrect) impression that the “make money online” thing (no matter what the niche) is an inherently shady business. Even more – looking at the strategies some successful marketers (*cough*Ewen Chia*cough*) use it may seem that unethical methods work best and you must cast aside your morals to get rich fast."

A portion of a blog post "Why Honest Internet Marketing Is Damn Hard", w-shadow.com

Am not aware if Ewen Chia is also doing affiliate marketing outside the "make money online" niche...

Perry Marshall gave the same message in his blog. Here is a part of his comment to somebody who sought his advice:

The problem is you're selling "how to make money on the Internet" information, and that's how you're attempting to succeed online.

There is a whole host of problems with that:

1) If you do this the way you've probably been taught, it's nothing but a glorified chain letter.

You may want to read the rest of his post and comment and benefit immensely from his wisdom here.

Rosalind Gardner's Super Affiliate Handbook

Rosalind Gandner's story is an "amazing true story of how a woman with NO business experience became a Super Affiliate earning $500,000+  per year selling other people's stuff online ."

As the author of the best selling Super Affiliate Handbook, she claims that "over the years, thousands of 'regular, non-technical folks' (just like you --- and me) have learned how to start and run their own successful affiliate marketing businesses using the methods I teach in the Super Affiliate Handbook".

What do proponents say about the Super Affiliate Handbook?

This is what Allan Gardyne, one of the most famous affiliate marketers had to say about the Super Affiliate Handbook:

“A perfect example is Rosalind Gardner, who earns $30,000 to $50,000 a month in affiliate commissions, with a very nice 40% to 50% profit margin. …and… She explains how she attracts more than 4,500 unique visitors a day and has sales conversions that are 3 to 5 times higher than those of the average affiliate. …and… This isn’t vague theory or book learning, it’s real-life, down-to-earth advice from real people like Rosalind.”

What do critics say about the Super Affiliate Handbook?

"I am an experienced Affiliate Marketer, who was intrigued by the title and its promo contents. Although Rosalind gives a decent high-level overview of how the business works, she provides less than adequate details on how to actually get started in this business. It appears that she's more concerned with selling other affiliate programs within her eBook, including her own telephone consulting services. I am technical. If you are non-technical, there is no way you will be able to get started by using this book. I picked 1 or 2 interesting reference points, but overall the book gets a thumbs-down. My advice - save your money."

You be the judge...

James Martell's Affiliate Marketers Handbook

James Martell is an Internet pioneer who discovered affiliate marketing in 1999. He is a self-taught Internet entrepreneur and a leading expert in affiliate marketing, natural search engine optimization and outsourcing.  He is the author of the top-selling "Affiliate Marketers Handbook", first released in 2002, now in its 3rd edition.

What do proponents say about the Affiliate Marketers Handbook?

"His book costs a bit more but gives you an absolute step-by-step plan to get an affiliate content site built -- one that the search engines will appreciate because it's relevant content, not junk. I'm working through it myself right now."

Portion of comment of Tom Brownsword, friendsinbusiness.com

What do critics say about the Affiliate Marketers Handbook?

"I think Martell's products are over-hyped, but for a brand new affiliate who knows nothing about SEO or Internet marketing, they're actually not that bad a place to start. The ebook gives some bad advice, but it also provides some good and great advice. But Martell's book is only the beginning of "making money on the Internet" wisdom. You should think for yourself and expand, experiment, and draw your own conclusions about what will make you money.

"I think one of the product's weaknesses is the prodding to just follow his methods to the letter. That's fine if you're brand new and on your very first site, but it's not a recipe for long term success."

Portion of rlray216's comment, associateprograms.com

"James has come under criticism because some of his sites have been hit badly by Google algorithm changes. He has had to modify his techniques.

"(One of the best ways to avoid being clobbered by search engines algorithm changes is to build high quality, genuinely useful, interesting sites, and get links from "authority" sites - ones which have lots of high quality links to THEM."

Portion of Allan Gardyne's review, associateprograms.com

As the saying goes, "the proof of the pudding is in the eating"...

How to Make Affliate Marketing Work for You

It's a fact that the great majority of affiliate marketers struggle while only a few make real income from this internet business.

What are the secrets of the successful affiliate marketers? There is no single key  but we can think of the top three keys that contribute to making affiliate marketing work for these successful marketers.

Here they are:

Key # 1: Capture the Subscriber First

A lot of people promote their offer by simply advertising their affiliate link and send visitors directly to the website where the product sales letter awaits. When you do this, only the owners of the product benefit because they most likely have a list of some kind for visitors to join. They get the sale eventually after you invest your time and effort advertising.

Key # 2: Presell the Offer

What exactly is preselling? Ken Envoy has the best definition for the term - "Effective preselling is the presentation of top-notch, editorial content, blending in "naturally" the benefits of a product or service as they pertain directly to your audience's unique needs".

What Ken is teaching is simply  this - You have to give valuable content to get your readers to TRUST you.

Key # 3: Create an Incentive

Top affiliates are not competing on level playing field. They have something that the majority of affiliates do not have - large mailing list, high traffic website, well know reputation, large advertising budget and influential network.

So, how do you get your subscribers to order through your affiliate link?

You create an incentive!

Well, the above are just some of the keys to make affiliate marketing work for you. There are still a lot more to learn. That's why in the succeeding posts I will be introducing you to books and coaches who teach affiliate marketing. Let's see if they are right for you...

There are several ways of making money online. But one of the easiest and fastest ways to earn is through affiliate marketing. Beginners in internet business love the fact that in affiliate marketing:

1) You don't need to create your own products

With affiliate marketing, you don't need your own products. You simply promote someone else's offer for a commission.

If you are a complete beginner, it can be very difficult to get an attractive website in place. You may also not have budget for hiring professional to do the job for you.

But, with affiliate marketing, you don't need to build a website.  You simply send visitors to someone else's site through your affiliate link.

3)  You don't need to write an excellent sales letter

4)  You don't need to manage an entire business

Managing an entire business with employees, inventory, partners, vendors, and other associates can be a big headache for beginners. With affiliate marketing, you will not have that kind of challenge.

5)  You don't need a big budget to make it work

With affiliate marketing, you don't need a big budget to make it work. You can simply use a variety of free and low-cost marketing methods to generate clicks to your affiliate link.
